About Hanson Investment Properties

Hanson Investment Properties originally started in late 2002 just before heading to Iraq. After returning from Iraq in mid 2004, I decided to continue to pursue the opportunity to purchase more homes to not only increase my portfolio but to assist in helping others that needed a place to call home for their family.  It was not until 2008 that I really became serious about my increasing investment property portfolio.  My goal is to continue to offer affordable housing to families in North Iowa, while creating a rapport with my tenants in a fashion that allows a very trusting and honest business relationship.  I am a licensed real estate agent in Iowa, so when the opportunity presents itself and the tenant is ready to purchase a home, I can fully assist in this as a real estate agent.
